If I’m currently the lightest weight I’ve ever been, how come I feel SO huge?

Today is the first day I’ve woken up in a week and I haven’t felt like crying. Everyone told me not to try and talk to him, but I needed too. I feel like if I hadn’t said what I needed to, I never would have been able to feel better about this. So it’s done. I said what I needed to say and he messaged me back at least which means he cares a little…. So I’m going to give him time, and I don’t care if people think I’m silly, I’m always going to want to be with him. He is my first love, the first person who has ever cared about me. I just miss him a lot, and I know I need him in my life. I can’t just not ever talk to him again. Even if we just have to be friends I’ll be okay with that because he means that much to me..
